Babb dropped off, IMHO after he left Moyer's team and went to CBR(which is the kiss of death for many a talented wheel men). I believe they were in either Warriors or Rockets at that point, but before BWRC. I will say Dan Schleiper suffered the most after leaving Rayburn, even in the Zero cars and GRT he just couldn't find the magic, it was also after Carrera shocks was bought and killed off by QA1, Dan got his World 100, running Rayburn with Carrera's(I built them).
