Who will be making their first trip to EB for the Winter Nationals? For me it will be my 25th in a row, most trips camping.
That is truly impressive. I had a streak of 8 in a row from 2000-2007 as well as a half dozen Winter Nationals shows from 1992-99 but that pales in comparison to your streak. In 51 years of attending races, still the latest night I ever spent at a race was at East Bay in the early 2000s when the show ran until 2:40 AM (no rain delay). I think they were still HAT shows back then. So much fun and great memories we had in February by the bay.
FastEd95 Thats not late used to be Shadybowl Speedway got done every week at 3 or 4 a.m. and been at Eldora for the 2006 4 crown when they had rain and bad wrecks and did not get done it 7:10a.m. and many World 100 on Friday when the last Non Qualifier was over at 3a.m.

I'd almost say a person was not really a TRUE dirt race fan if they haven't done that a few times. Hone for breakfast . . . those were the days!
I have been retired 24 of the 25 years, that helps.
I've got 13 years retired; it does help as I worked rotating swing shift. Vowed I'd go every year when I had the chance. Looks like that will come true.
I’ll be there. Maybe about my 15th one. I’m lucky to live only an hour away. I’m going tomorrow night……..for the second to last weekly show there. Starting next summer it will be a heck of a drive if I want to see any dirt track racing.
