Time limits and parking cars after they bring out a few cautions would help. Reserving the right to park a car for the weekend could also help.
Why some people with lack of talent come to these shows makes no sense. Why a track continues to let a driver with lack of talent stink up the show is beyond me...
The black flag needs to be used way more often in racing.
