Indeed. Im kicking myself for never taking the time to go when I only lived about an hour south. Figured it's Eastbay, it's never gonna go anywhere. 🙄

I don’t believe it was listed for sale. The buyer, Mosaic, needed that specific chunk of land pretty badly.

The business behind it, I believe it's mosaic, got a contract to buy 5 years ago. It wasn't for sale.
