Doesn't appear as they are going to actually do anything to the bridges. My guess is DNR/EPA has restrictions of some sort. They are grandfathered in. Remove them and opens a huge can-o-worms. But I'm completely guessing here. Mostly based on a buddy that worked oilfield in WV. Said no way they can afford/get approval for everything needs done. If a huge oilfield company can't afford to do it these folks sure can't. Just opinion though.
