Sorry for being way early, but does anybody have experience camping across the street from the dirt track and outside turn 3 for the Cup? I would be likely by myself and just have my SUV and a tent. Is that a good area? I don't mind walking a long way to the track. I used to stay in hotels the couple times I went before and was just wanting to try camping. They may not even have any spots left I don't know yet, was just hoping for any advice.

Yeah, I'd be prepared to crawl in the back of my SUV and slept if the weather was rough. I have a Chevy Traverse so if you lay all the seats down it's pretty sizeable.

A good sleeping bag and you can handle 10 degrees no problem. I’ve done it. But yes it could be cold in early Novembre. NASCAR turn 3/4 campground is huge
