He has taken a page right out of Pierce's handbook on how to take drivers out with dirty sliders. The biggest joke was Pierce's interview with him saying that he will do the same to Thorton, why not, he has done it to everyone else.

Huge props to Mike Norris and whoever it was at Flo who made the call to actually go out and get the post-race interview with BP. All too often, these streaming services don't get the interview with the guy that gets wrecked for the lead. It sucks for Bobby that he got Reckied, but I thought he handled it well. He certainly has been on the giving end of bad sliders. I thought saying "there will be more hard racing in the future" was a fine way to address it and I look forward to seeing it.

Bobby made a mistake and Rickey pounced on that mistake and done what Bobby has done to others. I have always said if you want to drive others that way then you need to expect it to be done to you and don't bitch about it. I don't remember who said this but, a driver told another driver after he wrecked him "son I don't drive like that but, I can".

In my opinion neither driver would be considered clean drivers. Hard racers and put on a show for the fans yes clean no.

That's a great quote. Agree with you on all of that. I don't think Recky did it intentionally and I think he's a great driver, but like Pierce, he's aggressive. It'll be interesting to see how he handles it when he's on the receiving end.

Also, Recky took a real shot at Garret Smith in the interview, which I found funny after he took out Bobby.

I knew one of those two was going to take out the other but it was 50-50 which way it was going to go … just send it the top without regards to whether you have him cleared or not … not many crappy sliders in a 410 because you may be on a ride to the hospital
