Tony lied everything has a price or he would not have sold the CUP teams. He told the teams back in 2014 that he would stay with them forever guess forever came in 10 years. Also heard the same for the All Stars and Donny Schatz said once he is done driving the WOO team will be sold. The only thing he will have is NHRA and Eldora and I have heard that he will sell Eldora if he is given the right amount.

I did not say it was sold I said there is a price for everything and named some stuff that has happened. Also saw on FLO SMI who owns Texas has made an offer to buy Eldora and it might be a done deal. But they want it kept in wraps according to the Chaz.

I would say anything was possible. I worked for a few companies that when rumblings of a pending sell they "ALL" came out quickly to squash the rumors, only to turn around in the next few months and do that very thing, SELL. They once told us that that a group of men touring the facility were insurance inspectors and a month later they returned to announce the sell. Having Tony come out and proclaim it isnt for sale is SOP in my experience, especially if negotiations are on going. I'm not saying it is or it isn't, but why did he suddenly feel the need to dispel rumors? He could've just kept running things and it would've died. Their is obviously some "Smoke", guess we'll see if their is any fire to it.
