RTJ out at SSI!

I've watched a few races now since the split. Koehler has been throwing a lot of money around in the last couple of years. He needs to take a little of it and get Thornton a decent car. Thornton is driving it as hard as it will go but it's obvious the car is down on power. Maybe if they will get him what he had at SSI, he will start winning again. It's not going to happen in what he is driving now.

How is it obvious it's down on power? He's qualifying pretty well. He didn't dominate pole awards in the SSI car

HIs car isn't coming out of the corners the way he's used to and it seemed like he was compensating Saturday by driving IN to the corners hard.

It looked pretty close to me, at the stops before Huset's. Fwiw, Hudson wasn't good at Huset's either.

I could not agree more! He has shown speed and there have been times where the Koehler lad has as well in that ride.

Just in rumleys car part time. Koehler motorsports for the rest of the season. The Koehler hauler is sitting right beside rumleys in the pits

It was quite impressive how he willed that heap, owned by the dumbest guy in racing, to a victory.
