It’s pretty evident today’s late model world is more car than driver! Huddy went from 6th to 9th place in his own car to immediately 1st or 2nd place car with SSI. Can’t say it’s experience or track time last night it was everyone’s first time at the track. Very obvious the SSI car has more forward traction than rest of the field. JD and t-Mac are just over driving there cars just trying to keep pace. BP32 has it as well you can just see it with there cars on open track it’s visible they have more forward drive.

He was 100% blaming Hudson. Not sure what the lapper was thinking. If I was Hudson, I would have handled it a lot more aggressively than he did.

Never agreed with this argument. I can't drive the car that's catching me. Guy holding the wheel of faster car is responsible for going AROUND other cars on the track. Huddy basically decided to go thru him instead. Is my understanding, when being lapped, hold your line. Lawler was running low line. Was 5 lanes above him. Huddy decided to move him. Wrecked bunch of other cars.

The guy lapping can't drive the slow car, that's correct. Therefore he can't repoint it when it moves a couple feet as you approach it.

In today racing, the lapper is always blamed anyway, even if it isn't his fault. Fans expect him to hold his line, dive in the infield, commit ritual suicide, whatever would help at the time.

You may be able to blame Hudson for the first contact, but the second time he knew (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) well he was in the faster line and then decided to crowd Hudson down even more when Hudson put his car under him.
When you have someone as fast as RTJ on your heels you don't move out to those other 'five lanes' and leave the preferred line for RTJ to push his way under the lap car.
