Eldora speedway baltes classic drivers sunday september 1st

Anyone know of any drivers coming to the Baltes Classic on Sunday? I know they expect around40 to 50 mods and 30 to 35 for stocks and am told that they expect around 35 to 40 Super Lates from a guy who works there.

Iron Man series has Nick Hoffman on their flyer so I would assume they are planning on him being there. Lucas Oil series has the Hillbilly 100 on Sunday.

I see that we might get more with Kokomo not running. Also the Schlenk's will be there this will be 5 days at Eldora for some teams.

Hearing both Koeler brothers, as well as the Conleys and hearing Nick Hoffman and Missler and everyone in the top 15 in points of the American Valvoline Series, Tristan Chamberlain, and others and also the race will pay 5,000 to win and 600 to start and 150 to any non qualifier. And the best part is Eldora is saying they will allow haulers to spend the night in the turn 3 parking lot and wait as pits open at 5p.m. Tuesday. And I am also hearing some teams running the XRS race in Iowa are planning to head to Eldora also.

I also heard they told the teams at the Hill Billy it was canceled at 12:30p.m. so they could be at Eldora at 4p.m. am hearing alot of Lucas guys are on the way as well. Also heard both Carpenters were comming as well as a few others like Moran and Davenport.

As of 12p.m. they had per Chris Tilley 5 lines lined out the gate to state route 118 with more comming in and looks like per the picture alot of toters and a few small enclosed trailers. Might see 50 Supers and 50 mods with 30 to 35 stocks.

Alberson leads all 30 laps at the Classic. Davenport leads all 100 laps at The Dream. Unless I'm wrong, not a lead change in the last two late model races at Eldora. Boring.
