I remember two moments from last night where he caught the heat winning driver off guard. You can tell he's asking them he he's thinking at the time rather than the canned Q and A driver interview and can see it in the drivers faces, like when Davenport said "I love this car" and when James asked Hoffman about Bloomquist. Maybe they can train some AI to get a few Jameses at the track.
