      Wasn't it for sale last year or the year before? And if it didn't sell by the end of the month or something, it was gonna be demolished? It's too bad, I sure enjoyed the place anytime I had the chance to run there.

                  its been closed since the mandatory shutdowns in 2020 when Daugherty tried to open and was met with almost military type force to keep him from racing.
