At the end of the day, no way to make the cars 'identical'. Different people welding, tubing from different batches, powder coating temp different, the list of possible 'variables' goes on and on. I will say that they should be a lot closer than the old days when the cars flexed a ton, but getting two that act exactly alike would be extremely rare. Or the other piece, maybe something was done 'wrong' on the 'good car', if that mistake is not known than duplicating it would be impossible....

I admit I thought that welding a chassis together from a blueprint, well, they'd all be the exact same. I can see these things aren't like iphones, they're like a musical instrument. I've played $10,000 Gibson guitars that weren't that great, and I've played $300 Yamahas that were fantastic.

It's an old Rayburn mono-leaf car with a force field generator. No matter how you look at it, seems to be a 4-link, but it's snot.

Here is my theory ,When that car was built every bar fit perfectly no gaps to be filled up...Any takers on this?

Instead of welds, Longhorn used Flex Seal. That car just bends around the corners of the track. Now the secret is exposed!
