I think Josh Rice is the most underrated driver in the country for a kid that rarely leaves the state of Kentucky whenever he goes up against the big boys he is there hanging with them he can flat out wheel it after Bobby I am not sure there is anybody that can rim ride like he can and his overall game has improved as well
