BIG Announcement by the Lucas Oil Late Mode Dirt Series



The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series has announced that the 2025 Lucas Oil Champion will take home $250,000‼️‼️‼️‼️ 2nd will take home $200,000 and 5th at the years end will take home $100,000!!!

They have also made the announcement that all Friday shows will now pay $15,000 to win, and Saturdays will be $25,000 to win!

The series has also announced that the Knoxville Nationals, Silver Dollar Nationals, and the Show Me 100 will pay $75,000 to the Victor!

The Chase for the Championship will still be in effect for 2025, with the only difference being, when the drivers make it to the Championship 4, they will be rewarded 10 bonus points for every win throughout the year.

They have also signed a multi-year extension with FloRacing to continue as the exclusive streaming partner of the series.

There is no promoter at Tyler County. Lord knows of it’s actually opening next year.

They have a new promoter and have been doing some drainage work to the pit area and putting new dirt on the track. Stutler Motorsports is the Facebook page for promoter.

There’s already been a falling out. Stutler is out, but there is a group that’s going to promote the speedway.

That's good. I had heard that Stutler was out, but nothing about anybody else taking over.

The national touring guys seem to hate Tyler County for whatever reason, so I guess it had to move. A lot of national touring guys count Lernerville as a favorite track, so I guess Carl decided to move it there. I am a Lernerville guy and I don't like this idea at all. There isn't really anything hillbilly about the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh. It also cheapens both the Firecracker and Hillbilly. I'll go, of course, we'll see how it goes.

If it had much better facilities and an owner with a clue, Roaring Knob would actually be a pretty cool place to hold the Hillbilly.

Well the firecracker should be over the 4th of july. But Hunt the front series will be at Florence on June 28 so expect alot of the Lucas cars there. Also the Lucas guys will be able to run Eldora over Labor Day

I have absolutely nothing against Lernerville at all. It’s a great track. But like you mentioned, Hillbilly and Lernerville just don’t go together.
