Larry-Connie Starr (Mooney’s wife) and Moyer’s ex were all siblings. Billy wound up in Arkansas from Iowa because he was driving Larry Shaw’s equipment.

Yikes it looks like there are a lot of people he owes money too based on the Facebook post from Peyton, some going as far back as 5 years. I dont know how a person could do that to people and still sleep at night, what a sleaze.

Carla Rayburn is with Billy, but CJ had several children, all daughters if memory serves except for 1 son(Christian).
