Does everyone here really believe pierce... Bronson.. and Moran doped thier tires? If you look at everything with an open mind it doesn't make any sense....pierce gets his tires check as much if not more than anybody and he had one tire out of hundreds come back "questionable"...who dopes one tire? Again doesn't make sense....and another thing...if he was doping tires and got busted....why didn't he go backwards after the failed test??? I mean if he needed to dope his tires to win how has he obliterated the competition knowing his tires are gonna be checked?? It's ok to be a hater but this tire debacle is laughable...heck I don't even think the other drivers believe it

I think they would have put up more of a fight since it cost them points, money and the overall points title in the end. If there really was some sort of error it was one that cost Pierce a LOT of money and it was probably easier and cheaper to just eat the sh*t sandwich than pursue legal action.

Ha ha ha, No they won what 38 races and was caught cheating once. Have you ever heard if you ain't cheating your not winning. Teams are always bending the rules and working in the gray area.

Knowingly cheating and working in a "Gray" area are 2 different things, one is innovation the other is a character flaw. If the rules say "No chemically treating tires" and you do it anyway, thats cheating. Having said that I don't think 1 infraction on a season should automatically put you out of the running for whatever title. I'm not a BP fan, I actually don't like how the family handles themselves in public, but that doesn't change how consistently fast they are, which doesn't surprise me. Bob was always chassis smart and together they have many miles of racing under their belts. I'm not familiar with the details of the infraction or what went on, but like I said 1 infraction shouldn't exclude you if you have the points to be considered. IMHO the tire cheating/doping issue far from handled, I don't believe that everyone thats been declared "Illegal" was actually guilty, but Sanctions/Series are like governments, they don't like to admit fault because they think it tarnishes their perceived image. They'd rather appear and/or be thought of as legit than actually put in the effort to be legit. The give away for me was back during the WRG lawsuit brought against them for testing practices by Bloomer and others, was their response, they didn't seek truth, they threatened all the drivers to back down and drop it or face consequences. Some people automatically just put faith in groups, like with the C19 jibby-jabby and do as their told, some of us reserve the right and obligation to ask questions and call out things we see that don't add up. I am not a Pierce fan but have to be sensible here. The race that Bobby had his tire fail the test was a $7,000 to win preliminary race. Why on Earth would he dope his tires for a race like that? If it was for $50,000 or more to win, you might could see it making a little more sense to take that risk, but for $7,000, I don't get it. Anywho, it is what it is. They accepted the results of the appeal and moved forward, so there could have been something to it. Only they and WoO officials know the whole story.

I have no idea what they did or if they did it at all but a scenario would be to see if you get away with tire alteration the first night. If so, you try it the second night, and maybe get all the way to the feature the third night. But the old "I got it from a toilet seat" won't work with tire lab testing.

Henry I never said they didn't cheat. I've been around racing long enough to know cheating has been part of the sport for a very long time. If they actually tech each car for 100 % of the rules how many would pass. And yes I agree cheating and gray area are 2 different things especially if you have a lawyer

Maybe there was others doping tires and was all over the pits and on the track. And Bobby and Devin were able to roll over the spots and pick some up an was enough to make there ties illegal.
