I don't particularly care what Hulk and Bubba were involved in, but Hulk has definitely been exposed as a prolific liar.
Also, this would have been a splash in 1986. Hulk is in his 70's and hasn't been relevant for a long, long time. Even that stupid television show is 20 years old now.
