Eldora does not have to be over rated. There has been good racing there at times lately. The problem is the track is not open very often. A place like Eldora takes massive track prep and its not happening, They race so little there they no longer have a feel what the track surface will be like. Bigger tracks like Port Royal and Knoxville get prepped every week, very few suprises from week to week. As long as Eldora sits dark most of the summer or cram 4 days in a row of racing the racing surface will continue to be a crap shoot.
