All states need this law.

* No more noise complaints – If the track was there before you moved in, you can’t sue it for being loud.
* Covers the whole place – Not just the track, but the stands, garages, everything.
* It’s locked in – Takes effect July 1st and protects tracks for good.

Kind of like the people who move out to the country and then complain when they smell a little manure once in a while.

I worked as a deputy sheriff for a long time in a rural county with a lot of agriculture. We'd get those complaints. One of the best ones was during harvest season and the canneries have armies of equipment to wipe out entire larges fields of snap beans, peas, or sweet corn. They go through a 160 acre field in just a few hours and they'd go 24 hours if weather permitted. One time my dispatcher called me (I was shift commander) and said a person called to complain and wanted them to stop because they were trying to sleep. Yeahhhh. What I wanted to tell them was if they wanted to protest they could stop eating. What we did tell them was, they'll be gone - soon. They were.

But, it's those kind of people.
