Was not a fan in his younger days as he had the "daddy's a chassis builder & I have unlimited stuff" driving style down pat. Took out lots of guys. However later in his time he matured & was a solid driver. Also seems to be a really good person. Good luck to him should he come back.

I agree, was never a fan, but after he left most everyone else who sat in that seat seem to suddenly adopt those habits. I began to think perhaps it was pressure/instruction from outside the car that resulted in all that mayhem. Just an observation, but I do wish Josh well and his whole family. I hate to see anyone struggle without success.

When is everyone going to realize he was Bobby Pierce.....

Josh
-he drove his Dad's chassis
-he was the most aggressive driver at that time.
-won a ton of races
- a few friends

Bobby
-grew up driving his Dad's chassis
-he is still the guy everyone in the stands watches (even the haters) when he is charging the cushion.
-still winning a lot of races
-driver friends...Terbo?, Bronson?, Overton?, Shepperd? NOT REALLY?

These are the guys who make this sport interesting at this point. The only difference is that it would have been way more fun to watch Josh try to take some of these wins from Bobby over the past few years!!

People forget how good Josh was. Time will do that. I hope he makes a comeback even if it’s only a handful of races per year.
