    HTF struggles at Cherokee...

" We wrapped up our Summer Nationals swing with an 11th-to-7th run in tonight’s 30-lap feature at Lee County Speedway.

We would’ve liked to see a caution to bunch things up, but we’ll take it. That’s five straight top-10s to close out our run on the Hell Tour.

It’s been a solid stretch in the Midwest—lots of hard work and plenty of progress to show for it. Now we’re excited to get back to some familiar territory and see how it all translates. That starts this Saturday at Cherokee Speedway for the Grassy Smith Memorial. See y’all there! "

The Summernationals tour dates were a definitely step up in performance for the HTF boys. Did the blind squirrel find a nut or can they sustain the improvements? I would like to see them come back to Illinois for the PDC as a measuring stick.

I thought Joseph and the team were very respectable. Led a race for a good bit, and had a podium finish. Brought the car home in one piece with top ten finishes. Not sure they have ever run that many nights in a row before. They have nothing to be ashamed for....

        Henry,

Your heading lists: HTF struggles at Cherokee...

Seems like your entire post is a FB post about the Summer Nationals. You don't mention any particular Cherokee struggles. What are you referring to?

I'll never understand what happened to these guys. Felt like three years back they were some good funding away from being a national competitor.

Can't really stand Jonathan. I don't see why they are so popular. They're fun to watch at Eldora at least. Wouldn't surprise me to see Joiner have a solid finish in the near future.
