Yes to both. I wouldn’t speak on the matter if I didn’t have experience running an every day business.

My experience with customers is that there are a small percentage of people that would still complain if you gave them a product for free. There are folks that will never be satisfied. It is what it is..

You are right it usually is a small group but with social media that small group can grow. Social media has changed things. People who don't even attend the race will pile on. Like I said sometimes you've had enough and some are going to speak up. right or wrong..

You're defending a guy who took 100% advantage of the fact his father was building the track at the dome to show his backside. Not just once, but several times. Arrogant, spending mommy and daddy's money hopelessly.... now seems to have crippled the business by trying to run a tour he had no business running. I'll pass on any excuses or explanations on this.

I was defending him responding to all the negativity from race fans and nothing else. I know nothing about what you're talking about nor do I care about it. I get it you don't like the guy. I don't know him personally to have an opinion. It seems like he likes to party and I would imagine that would have a lot to do with some of his actions you're talking about. I've seen a lot people who like to drink do stupid stuff but that doesn't make them bad people.

I heard that they lost the lucas support. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the lucas races always raining out way earlier.

I read what Feger said and what Gordy said off of another person's Facebook. I didn't read what Fegers crew guy said. Seemed pretty thin-skinned from Gordy. I don't get why promoters feel like they do no wrong. If you go to a restaurant and get food poisoning you're probably going to leave a bad review and not go back. If a race track doesnt doesnt entertain you promoters to expect you to shut up and enjoy it. If they mess up they blame it on social media because people complain for getting a bad product.
Losing Lucas races is probably cause of the rain out after hot laps in 2023 not refunding tickets as they said they were. Then lied about sending refunds I simply asked for a status and told them I never received my refund and was told not to ever come back and blocked on facebook. After hearing of competitors getting cold checks, adds up. So I personally won’t ever go there again unless new ownership
