He won last year in Rocket 1 and made the final four after being 8th in points when he took over the ride. Boom and Chub probably have a few Longhorns and Rockets to choose from. Boom's driving has been a little suspect, but he was Chub's crew chief during the STARS days when Chub was the man to beat.

Only because of their personalities. As far as driving skills are concerned, they are more than likely the two best drivers in dirt late model racing, day in and day out. What exactly do you see the LH Factory car doing that says it would be more competitive? As long as Tmac has the tools he needs, they seem to be hitting their stride, the factory team however seems to be lost in the tall grass.
