When I was there a few weeks ago, I was surprised how close the tier parking is to the track in that spot. Not a good area to be in.

For the life of me: I can’t understand how Tazewell gets any track insurance with the welded pipe serving as the infield wall in the bottom of the turns. The trucks in the infield pit pull right up against it.
it has been that way since the mid-seventies when I raced there.
I can’t think of any improvements to the facility for the fans in 40 years other than fresh dirt and painting the outside wall yearly.
This place should definitely be a $$ maker.
