Boswell/Kamp speedway updates?

Has anything been put into motion with the speedway originally they were supposed to open up the first year and then said due to the amount of work they would be able to run a couple of shows before the end of the season. I have saw nothing done at the speedway what’s the story?

I’ve looked everywhere and nothing since march of this year I did hear that they did see mowing done but that’s it.
