DIRTRACKR did a great interview with AK. I'm just a fan, so I don't know a lot about what makes the cars go, but I know a lot of you do. I figure a lot of you would really enjoy the interview. Here is the link...

His car didn't fair to well at the North/South. It would be interesting to hear the breakdown on their thoughts after the North/South

If nothing else, his driver wasn't well rested. 😎.

Strickler is no gauge of the car's capabilities......

That might be true but on that night with Strickler it didn't fair so well.

Wasn't this Strickler's first outting in the car? Reminds me how everyone on 4m reacted when Joe Garrison showed up to Eastbay with a "New" design after a few years off the road and because it didn't win outta the box the 4m brain trust rode him into the ground. How many cars have y'all built that are winning at national events?

Just made an honest assessment of what happened on that weekend. When you go out and try different things to get better sometimes it takes a few times on the track and maybe some changes from the data one collects. I take nothing away from AK, the team or Kyle Strickler. Kyle can drive a race car. I've heard nothing but great things about AK and how innovative he is. He's just going to make the sport better because it's going to make others work just as hard to find that tenth or two tenths Like I said I would like to hear what they have to say after last weekend and what changes they would like to make. I root for guys that are out on their own trying different things. That's why I like Pierce and how competitive they were with their own chassis. I will be rooting for AK to bring it to Rocket and Longhorn because it's good for the sport. I apologize if you were offended it wasn't my intention.
