RTJ made Burroughs look alot better than he is, his track record before and after RTJ isn't anything you'd consider worthy of the position he's currently in. I don't think Overton is the major issue.

I agree. Nothing against Burroughs, but wasn't he the crew chief over at Clint Bowyer Racing when they were struggling. Not sure if he was there the title year for O'Neal, but I'm pretty sure he was there to the end.
