If you noticed, the Kosiskis created that SDN Promotions recently. Husets is awesome but I wish Todd would still move the infield in about 15 feet. Then it’s wide enough for Late Models to put on an amazing show.

It might be too fast around the bottom then...? But it would be worth a shot. Went to the 1st 2 years of the SDN there, camping and concessions is faaaar too expensive for the on-track product..

Eagle was the most natural, logical choice all along. They must not have been able to come to an agreement between Eagle and the Kosiskis. Eagle ended up with their own weekend on the LOLMDS schedule, which makes me think they were interested in an event but didn’t want to split money with the Kosiskis.

It is not a good track for open late models unless they hit the track prep perfectly. As soon as Knoxville and Husets try to prep like its a sprint car race, follow the leader.

The place looks awesome but every race I see there (sprints & late models) seems to turn into a train race by the end of the night. Sprints have horrible time taking rubber on that track.

I think I read a few months back that they were bringing in new dirt this offseason so maybe that is the answer.

heard that eagle may get the SDN and harlan gets a 2 day show on the mon-tues b4 the SDN. if this is true i would imagine Eagle will have 3 day thu-sat SDN show just like husets did

Harlan is also 1 of 5 Iowa tracks that is supposed to have a WOO LM date to for 2026.
