    BMF Done?

Anyone know what Hedgeco$k is doing with BMF? Are they still trying to build cars or did he give up that venture? I totally get it if someone comes up and offers your free Longhorn. Who wouldn't take a $50k race car right? But not if you're in the business of building race cars. Can you imagine Mark Richards or any other manufacurer for tha matter, taking in another brand and racing it just because someone wanted to sponsor them? I mean, if the guy wants to help them, and they're building a good competitive product(and BMF appears to be a good product), why not just give them the money to build another one of their own cars? Doesn't compute. That's what makes me feel like maybe Cory decided to fogoe building cars. I haven't heard anything on it, so if something has been put out there and I missed then, sorry. Please inform me.

Bruce was building the cars. He released a statement saying he wasn't building anything for them anymore

I could be wrong but I think Bruce had a similar arrangement with Ricky Weiss and his Snipper chassis as well?

Yes. I haven't heard that he stopped helping there.

Brucebuilt Performance, Eagle Race Engines (Hedge(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)’s dad,) and Cory’s shop are all in the same complex on Ball Road in Knoxville, Tn.

If they still plan on moving forward with bmf this was the worst pr move ever. He was good in the bmf but he has been way better in the Longhorn. That doesn't say much for his chassis when he can jump in Somthing he's never run and be better almost immediately

I don't think any reasonable person would buy a BMF and think they are going to be better than they would be in a longhorn. The BMF seems like a good car, but not Longhorn or Rocket good. They prolly perform better on the limited and/ or local level, I'd guess.

Literally all depends on if you get one of the good longhorns or not...

Since the people running it have switched to Longhorn, I'd say they are out of business.

I don’t think he’s into the circlejerk at Longhorn.

lol, someone will come along with a better mousetrap-not saying it will be tomorrow but nothing last forever. Congrats to Longhorn for staying on top as much as they have.

Speaking of Longhorn, they no longer build Modifieds in their China Grove facilty. Dustin Sorenson has taken over building them in his Minnesota shop.
