Hopefully it lands in Elkins since Mike Hurley is also improving that track. Can't get more hillbilly than Elkins. And just maybe more local and regional drivers show up without having to fight the Lucas provisionals for starting spots.

According to what I have read the fair board there has done a lot of work over the summer including a new bridge in turns 1 & 2.

maybe next time Pennsboro23 gets on here he can elaborate more on what they have done there.

i think there is a good chance the Hillbilly will return to Pennsboro or go to Elkins. Thats just from what I have seen through different Facebook post.
