Well, if there is a place to run such a body - it would be that sheet metal eating race in the dome. I'm actually surprised someone hasn't done it until now. Only downside I can see is if some other car gets you by a nose at the line because their nose sticks out a little further forward.

As far as noses, you can still find a wide variety of older style stuff from Five Star, Performance Bodies, and others. Heck, you can still find the old Howe style 1981 Camaro (two upper half, two lower half). Now wouldn't that be cool to see someone go really retro. Stuff that was popular on DLMs 20 years ago like the Taurus, Monte Carlo and Gran Prix is still available.

Morgs, That's true that some of the older style stuff can be found but it gets harder every year. An example is the old Gen 1 fenders that I run with a Dominator nose on one of our stock stub Pro Stocks. Had a couple of them in back of the shop and a little shortening on the fronts made them a great fit on the Dominator nose. Planning on skinning one or both our cars over the winter and hate LM noses most in our class run so will have dig around or get creative with our stuff again.Comment
