One of these days someone is going to get fed up with his demo-driving tactics and plant him in the wall.

Terbo has started the same way from the outside all week. Jd gave it back to him a little bit and he didn't like it. His starts seem similar to what Max Blair did to him at Eldora. DTWC Terbo didn't lift and tore up 2 cars in that situation.

And then O'Neal got Pierced. Both guys instigating and in the wrong got the wins. They really need to do something about the rule set because it's not really clear on how much contact to wreck someone for position is acceptable. It should be none.

He is funny at times on social media. He seems like a likable guy off the track and kind of funny. But he is a total (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)head on the track. Just no other way to say it. Pierce level track record of stuffing people minus the multiples of high level wins that Pierce has.Originally posted by klemmabyna View Posti do not understand the allure of tyler erb.

Yes. This sliderfest style of racing in late models seems to be a fairly new phenomenon. Used to be able to pass a guy kind of cleanly if you were faster. Now it seems on the big tracks the hard slider is the best way to pass someone. Almost like sprints or midgets at times. It is also somewhat a product of much safer equipment & the young guys feel pretty bullet proof in the cars.Originally posted by Driver50x View PostHopefully one day they will change the body rules, and get rid of most of the aero down force. Then they will be able to pass each other like the used to, without all the constant slider jobs.
Late models have their super aggressive guys but some of the stuff on the open wheel side is just crazy. Not sure if you saw the Chili Bowl but Cannon Mcintosh (a noted dirty slider guy) just parked Shane Golobic in the A main with both running around the top 5. Cannon has earned the Cannonball nickname in the open wheel world. Those cars are still awful dangerous to do that stuff with. Much safer than the old days. If he drove like that with a Hewitt or some of the other old school guys he'd be visiting the dentist to get some false teeth to replace what was knocked out in the pits.
