I was reading where now the Dream will not only pay $30,000 to win and $2,000 to start on prelim nights and $200 non qualifier pay but the Dream will now pay $100,000 to win and $6,000 to start and pay $3,000 for the first B-Main non qualifier and $1,000 to start the B-Main and non heat transfers will get $500. The World 100 will pay prelim Nights $12,000 to win and $1,000 to start and non B-Main qualifiers will get $200 and the World 100 will pay $100,000 to win and $5,600 to start and the man who is the 1st B-main non transfer will get $3,000 and $1,000 to start the B-main and to start a heat is $500.

The dream paid 125k to win on its 25th anniversary in 2019.Originally posted by 84wedge View PostDidn't the Dream always pay $100,000? In fact, I'm pretty sure the 2021 Dream paid even more than that.
It paid more than 125k from 21-23 because of added lap money but went back to 100k to win in 24 when they took the extra 25k and paid back through the field

Thank that drop-off is bad, check out the Kings Royal sprint car purse. Might as well call it the Winning the Lottery Royal.

Yes, guys wanted to race instead of having the Lucas guys get it cancelled year after year. It wasn't even worth the gamble to make the drive.Originally posted by Spanky44 View PostThe hillbilly is just a regional race now. What a shame. Great for the local racers but national level is gone... enjoy it everyone you guys wanted it.Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing

Lord can you folks with no dog in race whine any worse??? 1st pays 100k and 2nd 39k, find races that pay more to win than 2nd then go look at races that pay more to win than start money! This isn't an everyone gets a ribbon game. Do purse structures vary, yes but winner should make most and last the least. Be happy at dollars there. I truthfully miss the old world/dream formats. New deal a money sucking pit for fans. Winner of 1st non qualified used to pay a new bert and cash, well your regular local show pays less than a new bert trans! You got drivers and crews and teams from all over. The back gate money big, the racing decent on Friday night after long qualifying efforts. Saturday had a buzz as top 120 were seeded and the heats more star studded than any local track 5k to win feature event. Now as a fan you spend 3x more money for twice the racing at best because the field ½ the size.......complain on high horse warriors
