    Race Ranch

Never had a problem with these two companies - ASI Racewear / Gotta Race - Arizona

I've had some minor problems in the past but nothing like Bronson & Shirley have mentioned on their teams Facebook pages today with Race Ranch.

Sounds like this is a problem with Race Ranch and not the other companies you mentioned..

It could be a post office /usps issue as with my company we quit using them for shipping. As they have closed down distribution centers all over the company so it delays packages.

For what its worth.....looking at the comments in Bronson and Shirley Motorsports posts, there are alot of people that had issues getting online orders from RR. Multiple emails and/or calls to get an order fulfilled.

Bronson an Shirley started their own t shirt trailer. They had it at farmer city last night.

FWIW, this is the exact reason I won't buy shirts from anyone other than the drivers themselves. If it's not being sold out their haulers or their own merch trailers, I won't buy anything. I have never bought one from a website.

I've ordered from RR a few times and never had an issue. Last order was in Feb and it came within 2 weeks

Same here. I ordered several shirts over the years, even a Kenny Wallace shirt, and never had an issue in receiving the orders in a timely manner.

I'm with Z. I've never purchased a tee anywhere other than at a track.

The last thing I am is a HTF fanboy, but considering how many shirts they've sold online, if they had anything but great customer service you would know about it. Then again, this is a case of where the driver(s) and not a third party monitor and handle all the orders and shipments.

The main reason I prefer to buy at the track is because of the quality of said product. Some sell pretty cheap stuff. I don't mind spending the cash but I want a quality product that actually fits.
