I don't recall Lucas busting anyone. They also do not use the same lab as the other sanctioning bodies that are regularly finding bad tires. Take that for what it's worth.

Lucas busted Terry Casey and Jerry Rice one of the first couple years they sanctioned the N/S using the sniffer. IIRC, Rice admitted juicing his tires.

Very few who have been caught have admitted fault. Scott, Owens, Sheppard, etc never took blame. For some reason Bobby is expected to.
