    American Crate Late Model Series

Does anyone know who runs this series? I've been to 6 of their shows prior to last night when they DQ'd the winner for having a pit member come on to the track for victory lane photo (series rule, not track rule) handing the win to the co-owner of the series. Then after I asked for an explanation on their social media page I was immediately blocked. Not a great look, not very professional, its series like that why dirt racing gets a bad reputation. If youre going to make a decision own it and respond to your fans professionally or at least put out a press release.

Was that Chase Holland who won and got disqualified? He traveled a long distance for a $1500 to win race, only to get screwed. As an owner of your series, wouldn't you want your teams to get excited after getting their first series win.......

That's just plain stupid. Don't look to that series having a very long life as if another crate series was needed anyhow.

Sh**** rule to begin with but they could at least advertise it. Cannot find it referenced anywhere on their website which makes it even worse. I imagine they maybe at least discuss it in the drivers' meeting? I seen where others have posted that they have DQ'ed others in the past and another who said one driver did the same at a past event and did not get DQ'ed.

track workers admitted they asked the crew members if they wanted to go to victory lane and escorted them, yes a rule was broken, but the blame falls on the track workers asking the crew to do something that wasn’t allowed by the series.

Series finally gave in and have reinstated Chase as the winner. Got a long post on FB about it. In short, they say they didn't do a good job of communicating the rule.

At this time, we would like to address an issue that occurred this past Saturday night involving Chase Holland and our series. Over the last 48 hours, we have received countless negative messages,...
