Portsmouth (OH) Raceway Park has new owners Jamie and Judith Jent (Mudlick owners)
After 36 years, The Coleman Family owned and operated Portsmouth Raceway Park has officially sold to Jamie and Judith Jent. What started out as a test and tune private track turned into something that far exceeded our expectations! Season after season, we met so many people that became lifelong friends and had the absolute best co-workers anyone could ever dream of having. Everyone knew their job and did it well. How lucky we were, and the racers, fans and sponsors, THE BEST! When they say it takes a village, it truly does, and we were blessed! We want to thank you all from the bottom of our heart for all the support over the years, it’s because of you all “PRP IS THE PLACE TO BE” was coined. We hope you all continue to support The Jent run Portsmouth Raceway Park, give them time to get a system down pat and make this season their own. We aren’t going far; we will just be sitting in the bleachers with all you guys! Much love The Coleman’s
While we are still moving forward at full speed preparing the facility for racing once again, the ownership transfer paperwork is not moving as fast, therefore the Jent’s have decided the 6th Annual 4B4EVER is going to take place at MUDLICK VALLEY RACEWAY on Saturday July 4th til everything is squared away and ready to go! Just as soon as everything is ready, they will decide on events scheduled at Mudlick that will be moved to PRP, they will keep everyone updated! We are as excited as you guys!
