Dustin Sorensen's win at the Mahder Memorial (55 laps---$10,555) was phenomenal. He started 17th and won it. At the end he was so high up the steep turn #2 corner that occasionally sparks would fly from his right rear as he scraped the wall. Others were up there too. It is amazing how they would keep the hammer down even as the concrete wall awaited them in #2 I think there were something like 4 lead changes-----drivers running all different lines. No flat tires that I saw. Let's hope the USA Nationals can produce the same kind of racing once again. The track was in amazing shape considering the plus 90 temps we have been getting. J. Hanson
