Vic has removed his post until official clarification from Joe/Phyliss Loven.

If it has actually been sold: this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. It has been for sale for several years.

Here's what I think is going on. Phyllis Loven has a buyer, but the deal has not been closed yet. She probably told Vic she has a buyer and he took it as if they had a done deal. It's not done until the papers are signed. Joe Loven's daughters are trying to fight this. They want it to stay as a racetrack. Stay tuned to As the World Turns.

Post of the week.... Maybe people should get out and fill the stands without the 'threat' of closure...you don't know what you have until it is gone.
