Who was/is your favorite DLM driver in 2026?
-
-
Mine for some reason was RTJ. -
Terry Phillips (or as one of the old 4m trolls used to say, "Ol cheatin TP")
Moyers Sr and Jr
Dale McDowell
Sawyer Crigler - I don't know that he'll ever get a shot at a solid ride in open late models full-time, but the kid is a wheelman
Sadly a lot of the drivers I considered my favorites over the years have left late models or retired altogether, and there's not many up-and-coming racers that I like to replace them.Comment

As far as young guns, Sawyer Crigler as I mentioned. Ethan Dotson is another one to watch. I saw one of his first late model wins at Harrisburg a couple years ago. Tyler Kuykendoll as well, he's got some talent, just needs the time to mature.Comment

Do not have a favorite driver, however will say that the raw determination that Benji Hicks displayed at the DTWC was my favorite 'drive' of the year. Will be buying a shirt off of him soon!Comment

I don’t know that Bobby P is my “favorite”, but he was the most fun to watch this year. Josh Rice made it fun too.Comment

It makes sense Bobby Pierce hasn't been mentioned as a favorite.I'm a copycat wetter... 😎Comment

For me it's a tie between Brandon Sheppard and Bobby Pierce. Brandon wins the Lucas Championship and Bobby has a chance to win another Woo title.Comment

I liked Sheppy
Wifey and The Bug liked Moran
i don’t actually have favorites, per se, I really just want to see good racing. But a silly little family rivalry over the season did make hitting races more fun.
We might even pick new drivers next season.
