Don't understand

I've been saying for the last 2 years to many classes the 2 tracks close to me run anywhere between 8 and 12 classes and they run a big race and don't cut back on classes if you run less classes you can pay your drivers more and draw more cars in each class maybe one day they will figure it out but by then it will be to late.
