I really don't think it was a choke. It was more of pushing a set up that was a little off. Someone had cut a hole in that cushion and Sheppard was just a smidgeon tight to pass the cut. Just a case of trying too hard. In defense, I don't think many of them thought the high side was going to be that good before the start.

Some say Carrier was lucky. If lucky is running as hard as your car allows and being in position to win, I guess he was. I say he earned that win. Overall a great race for a track that wet, even if the track took out some cars. Davenport seemed to be the fast car before the early exit.

Again Davenport could have had the car to beat but didn't finish the race. Someone needs to calm that guy down behind the wheel geeish. Sure is fun to watch - STAND ON IT!!!
