Missed his time slot. And got into a shouting match with officials.

He was late getting to the staging shute for his qualifying spot. Then he got boxed in behind some cars and couldn't get thru, actually ran into the quarter panel of a car trying to squeeze thru. In his defense the officials made no effort to move cars to let him thru. Also in practice everyone got 2 rounds because of track conditions. Landers was in group 3 and in the 2nd round he practiced in group 3&4.
