I can tell within minutes of arriving at a track if the are using calcium chloride. My eyes and nose burns and my sinuses run like an open faucet. But, maybe i'm just allergic to it??

There was a track here in Pa that used brine water from the natural gas wells and let me tell you that stuff was nasty.
If it wasn't powdered coated or painted and you you didn't do a very through washing that night the steel was rusted by the morning and aluminum was corroded.
