Hagerstown Welcomes a New Announcer in 2015......... The Hagerstown Speedway is pleased to announce that Cliff Dove will be the voice of our weekly action. Dove has been around racing for 20 plus years and was on staff at Hagerstown a few years back as a photographer. Dove is a student of racing and has a ton of knowledge........... PR Director Danny Wilson, “Cliff will bring a smooth but thrilling sound to our nightly events. Cliff has a passion for racing and I am sure it will come out during the races.
