Yes I make less than 122k. Actually I don't know of any crew for that matter that makes 122k a year.

It cost me 15k to work for a certain team last year. And I would have paid 10x as much. Just saying, I LOVE DIRT! Edit-In travel costs. Much more in "opportunity cost" for our friends versed in macroeconomics.

Selling 122k worth of goods /services and making 122k in profit are 2 entirely different things hucky...........

And what????? Never crossed your mind to go to a driving school of some sort with all those Benjamin's????

Man, with the exception of the human septic tanks load of financial embellishment, this is a very good thread and some great points are made.

I think this huck guy has taken what I said as an insult to Scott or that I have something personal between myself and Scott, which I don't. The guy takes advantage of people to make his program better and he's smart enough to know when he isn't smart enough, that's all I was saying.

Wouldn't worry too much about it.........huck has a keen knack of comprehension inequality from the rest of us.

What most of us clearly understood you to say,he twisted into a way to embellish his own lack of personal achievements.

Would be like him screaming out........" You watch me , I'm going to qualify to an invert at the world 100........preposterous , right???

              Oh, wait????

Round the problem is last years world was his 10th crown jewel win at eldora alone ! There's no one talking with legit first hand knowledge as to what type of shock set up was on his car that night , there were no restrictions at the time as to what is rumored to be on there . The other problem is that he has been a serious threat to win at the vast majority of eldora Crown Jewels he has competed in ... Now you want to credit that with Scott " being smart enough to know
He isn't smart enough " ..... That implies the other guys he competes against are what ??? Smarter ? Better ? Just he only wins due to unfair advantages ? Vegas odds makers are VERY good at what they do and Scott Would be the betting favorite at every crown jewel he enters . I guess the mega dollar team you " work for " must not be spending enough money to hire the smart
Guys ... Because Scott has been on top for basically 30 years now . And BBQ I
Was 1 semester away from having an accounting degree , I'm pretty sure I know the difference between Gross Revenue and net Revenue .

They are the exact guys driving up the cost pushing everything they can further and further and making everything more exotic.
And if it's not illegal, you run it. Does it seem hypocritical, sure. But if it's not illegal, you use it to your advantage. It's not like he's saying I only run spec Bilsteins, and gets caught with some exotic Penske shocks. Which no one has proven he had yet. Do I think he did, sure. And yeah, they all b!tch about costs. And in turn spend a$$ loads to stay in front. Because if they don't, the next guy will and they'll be running tenth.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Little man doesn't have a chance in Lucas or WoO now. Days of the little man winning against the big boys are very few n far between.

Huck you are missing my point completely. I'm saying that Scott goes and gets the very best at what they do, learns what they know and then applies it to make it work for him. I'm not even close to calling the man dumb because he is far from that. What I am calling the guy is a user, which can be taken in a good or bad way. I'll let you choose how you want to look at it.
