It's going to be a little cool on Friday, but in the mid 50's on Saturday. I'm looking forward to getting back to the Illini state next weekend.

Race is currently on go and advanced tickets are selling well.

I just don't see how they are going to get this in. Like you said, weather here is horrible all week. Freezing mix now, rain, and freezing temps later in week. I'm not sure how they can prep with all of that. IF they do go ahead it might be a one lane snoozer because of lack of prep. I guess we'll wait and see. I might just save up for LaSalle and Macon.

I'm also disappointed that it had to fall on the 34 raceway date as that one was penciled in on my schedule for sure. It is what it is. No way would it be profitable or enjoyable this weekend when the high temps for each day is barely 40 and the lows are below freezing. I bet some of the local guys could very well head West knowing the competition won't be quite as stout and some darn good money on the line.
