Here's an interesting statistic...Hagerstown drew as many as Potomac and Winchester combined...

I'm sure that is a product of the race held at Hagerstown. If Winchester was running against a regular show at Hagerstown I'm sure at least Winchester would outdraw Hagerstown (like they did for the first Victory in the Valley show).

What happened to the cooperation Hag. and Win. had in the not so distant past. Seems like just a few years ago they had a challenge series that allowed drivers to compete at both tracks. Gunther and Davis having a pi$$ing contest? Both want Sat. and neither want Fri? Just wondering as I only venture that way a couple times a year.

To be fair, Hagerstown did run an additional class that drew 11 cars...

Heads up, Hagerstown out drew Winchester 72-36...Chalk one up for the Good Guys...

I would suggest multiplying his answer by two though............he generally only tells half of the story.

The Owners/Old Promoters @ Hagerstown were working with Winchester...They were also eliminating every show that proved not profitable...If you notice, they kept 4 dates...Bonanza Extravaganza, Pa 410 Speedweeks, AMA Grand National Motorcycles and the Monster Trucks as they were the only shows turning a profit...

Fast forward to 2014...The Owners @ Hagerstown felt it more profitable to lease the track to a new promotional team...These folks want to race, and race often...There in lies the conflict, Winchester wants to race and race often as well...Then that's what we have right here...
